Plumr Inc is incredibly honest and upfront about everything. While I have been dealing or dealt with other contractors that up the price and recommend work that isn’t the best for me or my home; Plumr Inc gave me the truth about what is really needed. (Much less work and much less cost for me.) I am recommending Plumr Inc to my friends and family and plan on continuing to have Plumr Inc for furnace or plumbing issues whenever needed. Another great service experience from Plumr. We will be so sad if they ever move. Last year our water heater failed and we had Plumr replace it with an on demand system. Installation team was awesome, and put in the extra effort to change the water heater to a much more functional location in our basement. We really appreciate Plumr’s professionalism, free quotes, quality of work, and flexible payment system. We can’t say enough good things about their people…all top notch. Our water heater broke in the afternoon and Plumr came over right away, provided an estimate, and came the next morning to install.
